begin to tighten and roll forward, the chin lifts and the neck moves
forward. This happens to all of us as the everyday pressures of life
close in around us.
When we are stressed our shoulders lift putting pressure on our neck.
This pressure creates headaches and neck and shoulder pain. The final
result of this posturing is pressure on the medial nerve which eventually
becomes Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
Whether it is a 15 minute neck and shoulder massage or an hour long
body massage, our massage therapists target key stressed muscular areas
and work to relax, rejuvenate and revitalise your body.
Our massage therapists, all qualified professionals, will come to your
workplace offering tailored massage to each individual. We recommend
that we spend a minimum of 15 minutes with each person. The massage
is non-intrusive and principally focuses on the stress areas in the
neck, shoulders and forearms.
Alternatively, our massage therapists can instruct a group seminar
in self-massage. Simple techniques can be learnt for the minimisation
of daily muscle fatigue and mobility.
